My Week 2.
Weigh-in: Still no Scales, on my list of thinks to purchase.. not sure if I want to know the truth....
Monday: W2 D2, I completed this program again to ease me into this week.
Tuesday: W2D3 the extra 1.5min runs did have my heart racing but managed it. feeling good, but must admit am very tired at night, but having great sleeps.
Wednesday: W2 D3. 8am start, 31min program, still trying to convince myself that it'll be worth it and the results will start to show.... I hope so, I suppose I was able to keep to the program, but I suspect it just about to get tougher.
Thursday tomorrow, so heres hoping I get a good start, and perhaps purchase a scales...

Fisrt time blogger, 1st time couch 2 5K
Couch 2 5k.... I downloaded this app. 5k runner, 8 weeks, 5k.. in Jan 2012, so here I am July 2013...35yr old mother of 3, youngest 9months. Hence, past 9 months I have spent trying wish away the baby weight.
MY WEEK 1
Weigh-in: no idea, guess approx. 10st 10?? ( target 9st 8lb) need to purchase scales
W1 D1: Monday, July 1st, sunny morning, just go for it, 25mins, not sure how it was going to go.
Not too bad, hardest part was actually giving myself the push to get out the door. well actually it was the running bit.. I've never run before nor would I have been anyway sporty, so 1min run was enough for me.
W1 D2/D3: Tuesday/Wednesday: I continued on the program, didn't take the rest days, I want results fast and was afraid that if I didn't keep going Id stop
W2 D1/D2: Thursday/Friday: found it tough enough, the weather is amazing, so got up and out early before the mid day-sun
Saturday & Sunday: REST and Wine, took the weekend off, had Guests so, thought best to give myself a break!!
I have cut down on my carb and sugar intake. I am half following the Grapefruit juice diet/ Mayo clinic.
